Pelican Standing

This cutie was created by Dave in honor of a  Pelican from St. Simons IsIland affectionately known as  "The Mayor".  He could be seen everyday standing on a pole at the pier, watching over his post and greeting all the visitors.  He passed away in 2023, and recently we learned that there is a new Mayor at the pole.  We have a picture of him and this is just how he stood for us.  Dave added the 3D effect with his fancy feet!
